To know the parts of our body.
To know the most important joints and muscles in our body.
To do a correct general warming.
2. Subject Content
To learn and differentiate the parts of our body. To know that it is a general warming, so that it serves and how we should do it well to not injure ourselves.

Names: Head, trunk, limbs, leg, arm, foot, hand, ankle, knee, waist, wrists, elbow, shoulder, neck, muscle, joint, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, hamstring, adductor, back, pectorals, joint mobility, raise the temperature, stretching.
Verbs: Playing, running, walking, spinning, moving, stretching, knowing, touching, differentiating.

Routines: Every day we will review the muscles and joints of our body while we do the warming. Each day, a student will voluntarily direct it.
